Meet Chris

Not a career politician. A proven operator.

Born and raised in Waterloo, Chris Moser has spent more than four decades building a business and giving back to the community he calls home.

Chris's story

Born and raised in Waterloo, Chris comes from a long line of Mosers who first put down roots in Wellesley in the 1800s. He started his landscaping business over 40 years ago and has built deep connections across the business and broader community.

Giving back is at the centre of who Chris is — Chris is a dedicated supporter of Hospice Waterloo Region, Food4Kids Waterloo Region, and the Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada, along with the Kitchener Rangers, local sports leagues and grassroots community organizations.

Chris isn't a career politician. He's a concerned citizen and a proven operator who believes sitting on the sidelines is no longer an option. With your support, he'll make a difference.

Why Chris is running

“I am tired of personally seeing…”

  • Waste
  • An increasing tax burden
  • Deteriorating roads and infrastructure
  • Poor decisions
  • A lack of accountability
  • Mismanagement of resources
  • The absence of sound fiscal responsibility

“I am a concerned citizen. Sitting on the sidelines is no longer an option. Our communities deserve a better government. With your support, I will make a difference.”

A message from Chris

I am ready to turn my concern into action.

After more than 40 years of building a business and contributing to this community, I know that problems don't solve themselves. They require direction, accountability, practical thinking, and a willingness to get the job done.

I've seen firsthand how important it is to manage resources carefully, plan ahead, adapt when circumstances change and deliver on commitments. I believe government should do the same.

We can build a better Waterloo Region that is financially responsible, well managed, and prepared for the future. We can make smarter decisions about infrastructure. We can improve accountability. We can respect taxpayers. And we can focus government on the things that matter most to the people who live here.

I'm not running because I think government is the answer to everything. I'm running because I believe that good government can be part of the solution.

I'm a concerned citizen, a lifelong resident, a business owner, and a community builder. Sitting on the sidelines is no longer an option.

I'm ready to roll up my sleeves, work collaboratively, solve problems, and deliver results. With your support, let's build a stronger Waterloo Region — together.

— Chris Moser
